RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please Note:
Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@qleanso.com with:
- Your order number.
- Reason for return.
- Clear photos (if item is defective or damaged)
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund, including shipping charges.
